This is a regional small farmer / village level agro park. The project was developed by the local government of Punjab and is based on Israeli farming technologies. It includes ten dairy farms which share a communal modern milking parlor, feed centre and other related facilities.

In addition, the project incorporates several community facilities on site as an added value; these facilities include a secondary school, a play ground, a shopping center, health center and a bank.
