The Daia Agro Park project was developed as part of the effort to modernize the dairy farming sector in Romania with the support of the European Community. The project includes 5 independent dairy farms to be developed in stages up to 400 milking cows on each unit.

The masterplan includes the development of a regional feed center, which would supply concentrates and feed to the adjacent dairy farms and dairy farms around the project.

The unique element is the commercial center which optimizes the project's location along a very important highway. The residential part provides nearby housing for those working in the Agro Park.
