In 2001 we were invited by Mr. Frank Fennech to visit his dairy farm in Malta. During this visit all aspects of this farm were surveyed and following a detailed report was prepared with a clear to do list. Mr. Fennech and Dr. Bruckstein practised hoof trimming and exchanged ideas.

Since the visit Mr. Fennech, who is an excellent example of an autodidact, made many changes and improvements on his farm, even implementing ideas on how to maximaze his revenues also from manure, which is collected, stored during the rain period in a greenhouse and transformed into top quality composting material.
