1. This mobile unit is developed by a Dutch farmer. The tractor trailed platform with 10 SBS stalls, will drive out into the several plots where the cows will be grazing and will be milked on-site !
2. This mobile milking robot was developed in Holland, by the Wageningen UR Livestock. It actually follows the cows in the grazing area and as with traditional robots, cows get milked whenever they choose to do so.
3. The second mobile milking parlor is marketed by an Italian company, It is perhaps less sturdy, but more animal friendly and adapted to grazing cows
4. The Mobistar is a fully-installed Swing Over parlour with 10 Clusters. This parlor can be used as a temporary solution or as semi-permanent parlour. The Mobistar has a capacity of 60 to 80 cows per hour.
Mobistar is delivered readymade, you have to take care of the following connections: water supply (cold and hot), power supply and a connection to the cooling tank. The Mobistar can be delivered in the morning and you can milk the same evening.
The basic version of the Mobistar parlour includes a complete frame work, where the cows stand there are rubber mats, there are lights in mounted to the frame. Optional are ascending and descending ramps, and a transparent roof.
