On the occasion on the Innovative Dairy Forum, which is organised every two years by the Australian Dairy Conference, artist Andrew Baines initiated this scene of cows walking on the beach of Busselton ( Western Australia ). In his paintings he has abstract seas and cows & assistants standing on the water observing the immense space of the ocean.

It took three weeks and dedicated dairy farmers to train cows and to build up the confidence, to follow the farmers into the sea water - in front of the participants in the Innovative Dairy Forum.
