dairy related equipment for the small farmer in India

the ultimate single row maize harvester

No leftovers in the field - which are manually processed

The agricultural sector in India is a special challenge for equipment manufacturers. Small landholdings and the lack of large tractors made us look for equipment adapted to these conditions. Two of these are presented here, the single row maize harvester and the small 3 / 5 cubic meter feed wagons. Both these machines can be operated with the standard tractors in India ( with about 50hp. ).

The maize harvester made it possible to introduce silage and the mixer wagon increased the efficiency of composing a well balanced TMR feed ration.

Based on these TMR feeding was introduced in India. The single row maize harvester needed a mini revolution, we had to prove that crop yields would not be reduced by planting in rows. In spite of the strong tradition of feeding green fodder, the TMR feed rations based on silage, did prove themselves and many more farmers are adopting this feeding system for their cows

To be able to grow various crops during the year, we introduced mechanised irrigation which replaces the less water efficient flooding systems - a single self propelled irrigation gun.
