For Agritech '96, an International Agricultural Exhibition in Israel, we designed and built a Dairy Pavilion which included a small demo dairy unit, processing fresh milk into varied products such as yogurt and cheese.

The public was invited to observe the milk processing and was offered to taste a wide variety of dairy products.

The same project was built in Chandigarh (India), where it received the best pavilion award.
