This small dairy specialized in the production of Halumi Cheese from goat milk, which originates from Cyprus. Special equipment was developed by the company in collaboration with manufacturers in Denmark, to "mechanise" the traditional small scale production systems. Today it has been integrated into a larger dairy processing plant, with a larger variety of specialty products.
